T Scoutie, my boy

So, the honeymoon is over with little T. We're coming up on two straight weeks of near-sleepless nights. He's been waking every hour and a half. At first it was definately teething, but now I think he's just got me around his little finger. Jeremy has been so lovingly getting up with both boys in the morning to let me sleep a little before he heads to work. (finn is now calling Tennessee Scout: T Scoutie, my boy).

So after about a month of sickness going around these parts, Audrey and I finally got to hang out again with the boys. It had been way too long! I didn't really know anyone with small kids when Finn was 8 months old, and it was very lonely. It makes such a difference to have dear friends with young kids too. We have a new swing hanging from a large tree in the empty field by our house. We have been talking about using that field for so long for a community garden or play area. It took about 3 years, but we are finally using it in a small way. Hopefully we can wrangle some neighbors to help us start a garden there too!
